Welcome to our Infant Program.  We have 10 full time infants and 4 qualified Early Childhood Educators on staff.  The age range in our room is from 6 weeks to 18 months but because of the one year maternity leave most children start in our room at around one year old. Also, the children stay with us until a space becomes available in the Toddler Room so this often means that we have children beyond 18 months.  Our main focus in the infant program is to accommodate the individual needs of each child.

Our Infant Program is enriched with arts and crafts, dramatic play, gross motor (both indoors and outdoors) and of course, neighbourhood walks.

We offer a balance between programmed activities and spontaneous learning opportunities while recognizing that flexibility is an important factor in an  Infant Program.

Daily reading, singing, rhyming, etc., ensures that the emergent language is supported in a fun and age appropriate manner.
